Lamp Revamp

So I was in need of some "crafting" therapy today.  Well, actually... I needed to get a shade for a lamp I was given and didn't want to spend $15 to buy one.  That being said, I created one myself.  This is the shade that came with the lamp I was given.  Can you say "beyond retro???"  It was U.G.L.Y.!!!  I had some leftover fabric from another project, so I decided to wrap the shade with the fabric and glue 'er together.  This is how it went down...

Pretty cute if I do say so myself.  :)

Total cost of project was : $4.00
Lamp was $2.00 at an auction and the fabric was $2.00 as well.  Cheap and cute- Score!
