Crispy Potato Chips

If you like french fries but don't want the fat, then you will really love these.  I don't like frech fries, but I love these homemade chips.  I slice them thin, season them to taste, and bake.  It is really that easy.  I have a slicer that my mother-in-law gave me (pictured below), but you can also just slice with a knife.

Make sure you spray your pan, or the chips will stick.

I bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.  If you like them floppier, then cook them less.  If you like them crispier, then cook them more.

Yummy, chips, corn off the cob, and hamburgers.

Enjoy!

  4. Love this idea- My family loves these kind of potatoes but I was cooking them in grease. This is much better!
May I ask what seasoning you are putting on them?
