New Job- New Beginning

Well, here I am reporting about a big change in our life.
I drink my morning coffee in this awesome New York Life mug.

I love this mug because it is the perfect size and holds just the right amount of coffee.
It is also black and doesn't show coffee stains.

Mark worked for New York Life for a few years and has now decided to move on.
It has been a wonderful blessing for us, but the time to leave it has come.
Mark is a very organized and structured person.  The fact that he couldn't pencil in how much each month would bring in drove him nuts.  He would have a great month and be on cloud 9, and then the next month wouldn't be so good and he would be a nervous wreck.  When a hubby has a stay-at-home wife and is the sole income provider, it changes how easily a family can handle financial volatility.

He was asked to return to the bank he worked at prior to New York Life.  They have been after him for awhile, but the timing was never right for us.  We felt like now it was and so when they came to him again with an offer... we took it.  Who knows what the future holds for us.

We are not the type of people to bounce around from place to place- or, so we thought.  God is molding us into what he wants us to be.  We are trying to fall into his hand and let him work us.

So, for now... my husband is a banker- again.  Things seem to change every 3-4 years, so who knows where we'll be in 2016.

  1. Yay for change! It's it funny how God works sometimes? I can just picture him thinking, "alright, time for some molding this month"
