Recipe // Silk Cashew Milk Waffles


One breakfast we often enjoy are waffles.
We love waffles and I always use my Nene's Dutch Honey.
 My kids have grown to love her special syrup just like I do.
Any time I can throw in some extra protein and nutrients, I do!

High carb breakfasts often leave my crew hungry an hour later, 
and with school,
ain't nobody got time for that!
So, when I got the chance to use Silk Cashew Milk in my waffles,
I jumped at the chance!  
They were sweet and hearty, and the kids loved the added flavor!


Here is my sweet recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups Flour
1 3/4 cup Silk Cashew Milk
2 eggs
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
Your favorite syrup!

Directions:
Mix all liquid ingredients together.  Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to the liquid.
Mix well.  Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a hot waffle iron.  Serve with syrup and Silk Cashew Milk!
