I love a good omelet. They are just plain good. The problem is they are difficult to recreate without them basically being scrambled eggs with stuff thrown in.
I have perfected my omelet-creating craft, and I’m here to share it with you.
5. Once step four is complete and the omelet has had time to cook through, flip with 2 spatulas and add cheese to the underside.
6. Once cheese in melted, fold from the sides.
7. Next, fold from the top and bottom to for a burrito looking omelet.
8. I let it cook a little more and flip it a couple of times.
Then, it’s ready to enjoy!
