I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, who got it from a friend. This recipe really gets around (lame attempt at humor). It is cheap, easy, and a real child pleaser.
I crush 1 sleeve of ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick of butter (melted).
I mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 8 oz sour cream.
I cook 1 bag of egg noodles and 3 chicken breasts. I shred the chicken and combine it all with the soup mixture.

I add poppyseeds to the casserole. Liam thinks it needs more poppyseeds.
I sprinkle the cracker mixture over top the casserole and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
This is a carb heavy casserole, so why not make it even more carb-licious and add crescent rolls?
