I made homemade chicken strips for the kiddos and they ate those alongside the soup. They even asked for seconds, which I consider a big- WIN, in my book. Not to mention, this soup is easy and quick to whip up. If you have a family larger than four, I’d double the recipe so people can have more than one bowl.
