Italian Sourdough Croutons

Salads instantly taste better with homemade croutons. The flavor profile is just… better! You can use these croutons in soups, too! I love setting them on the table when we have potato or chicken noodle soup.

- 1 loaf Sourdough bread
- Olive oil
- 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut bread into cubes. You can make them the size you are wanting for your salad.
Add the diced bread to a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle the bread with oil and mix it to coat all sides in oil. Season the croutons with Italian seasoning and toss to coat all sides.
Place the bread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 5-7 minutes.

- 2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
