Pumpkin Spice Syrup
When fall hits, so does the craving for pumpkin treats. Today, I'm sharing a delicious pumpkin spice syrup that you can use to make yourself a yummy afternoon latte.

- 1 cup water
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
Simmer water, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, whisking to keep the mixture from burning.
Whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
Strain the mixture through a mesh cloth into a glass jar with a lid.
Let cool and store until ready to use!
