Basic Croffle Recipe

The croffle is a mash up of the croissant and a waffle iron and it is delicious!

- 1 package frozen puff pastry dough
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Slice the puff pastry into long, skinny triangles. Each section of the puff pastry should be sliced so that it forms two triangles per section.
Roll up the puff pastry starting at the wide end of the triangle and roll it to the short end. You should end up with 6 triangles per puff pastry sleeve.
Heat your waffle iron until hot.
Roll your puff pastry croissants in granulated sugar.
Spray your waffle Iron with non-stick spray.
Cook 1 to 2 croissants at a time, depending upon the size of your waffle Iron.
Serve with maple syrup.

- Ice cream
- Berry Syrups
