- 1 pound breakfast pork sausage
- 1 roll refrigerated crescent rolls
- 10 eggs beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk, optional
- ½ teaspoon salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Open your crescent rolls and unroll them, layering them on the bottom of the pan.
Brown your breakfast sausage in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain the grease off.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Add in the seasonings and give it another whisk.
Add the browned pork on top of the dough in the pan.
Slowly pour the egg mixture over the pork. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the center is set and cooked through. Allow your casserole to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
