Ingredients
Crumble

cup
all-purpose flour
1
cup
oats

brown sugar

salt

ground cinnamon

baking powder

cold unsalted butter, cubed
Strawberry Filling
2
pounds
sliced strawberries,
about 6 cups
2½
tablespoons
cornstarch

tablespoon
lemon juice

granulated sugar

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 (2 quart) baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the strawberry filling. Pour them into your prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl add the oats, flour, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
Add in your cold butter and cut it in using your fingers, fork, or pastry cutter until the bits are pea sized.
Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the strawberry filling and bake for 45 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Cool on a cooling rack and serve with ice cream.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
