whisk
- 2 cups strong black coffee
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
- 4 cups whole milk
Brew 2 cups of strong black coffee.
Place the cinnamon, sugar, and milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Once the milk mixture begins to boil, remove the saucepan from the stove.
Top your 1/2 cup of black coffee with the milk mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
This recipe will make 4 lattes, hence the calling for 2 cups of coffee, so you can either share or drink several throughout the day.
You can use whatever sweetener you’d like. I prefer an organic cane sugar or maple sugar for this recipe.
I use whole milk for my lattes because I find that the flavor is better, but you can use a milk alternative if you’d like.
