My Bisquick Sausage Balls recipe is the perfect appetizer or snack to serve your party guests or family! These savory cheesy sausage balls are great any time of the year and many people like to serve them with a dip such as ranch dressing or any one of their other favorite dipping sauces!

- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 lb pork sausage cooked and drained
- 4 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- ΒΌ cup milk
- 2 oz cream cheese softened
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix your ingredients in an electric mixer with your paddle attachment. You may also do this by hand using a large mixing bowl and spatula.
Using a small scoop, or spoon, roll the mixture into 1 inch or 2 inch balls and lay them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the sausage balls to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
