Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup brewed, chilled coffee
  • ½ cup cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup

Instructions

  • Start by brewing a cup of strong coffee. You can use your favorite blend or try something new. Let your coffee cool and chill it in the fridge for an hour.
  • Next, add your ice cream, coffee, milk, ice cubes, and simple syrup to a high powered blender and and blend until smooth.
  • Finally, pour your frappe into a tall glass and top with your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream, syrups, or coarse sugar.

Notes

  • Use a high-powered blender: A high-powered blender will ensure that your ice cream coffee frappe is smooth and creamy. If you don’t have a high-powered blender, you can still make a frappe, but it may not be as smooth.
  • Choose the best way to make your coffee: You can use brewed coffee or instant coffee to make your frappe. If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, use instant coffee. If you prefer a milder coffee flavor, use brewed coffee.
