- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup brewed, chilled coffee
- ½ cup cold milk
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
Start by brewing a cup of strong coffee. You can use your favorite blend or try something new. Let your coffee cool and chill it in the fridge for an hour.
Next, add your ice cream, coffee, milk, ice cubes, and simple syrup to a high powered blender and and blend until smooth.
Finally, pour your frappe into a tall glass and top with your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream, syrups, or coarse sugar.
- Use a high-powered blender: A high-powered blender will ensure that your ice cream coffee frappe is smooth and creamy. If you don’t have a high-powered blender, you can still make a frappe, but it may not be as smooth.
- Choose the best way to make your coffee: You can use brewed coffee or instant coffee to make your frappe. If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, use instant coffee. If you prefer a milder coffee flavor, use brewed coffee.
