- 6 cups mixed greens
- 4 cups mixed berries
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ½ cup candied pecans
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
Start by washing the berries and greens in a large bowl of cold water.
Remove any stems or leaves that are wilted or damaged. Once the berries and greens are clean, pat them dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
Next, add the berries, greens, feta cheese, candied pecans, and chopped mint leaves to a large bowl. Use a large spoon or tongs to gently mix the ingredients together.
To finish the salad, you will need to make a dressing. You can also use a store bought dressing. Check the notes for dressing options.
Honey Balsamic Dressing
- 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
