- 3 hearts Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 2 small roma tomatoes, diced
- ½ medium red onion, diced
- ½ cup diced dill pickles
- 1 medium avocado, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Special Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Wash and chop your lettuce and let dry.
Dice your veggies and put in separate bowls.
Brown and drain your ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire, if you'd like.
Whisk the sauce ingredients until they are well combined.
To assemble your cheeseburger bowls, start with a bed of lettuce in the bottom of your bowl. Top with your cooked ground beef, chopped tomato, red onion, pickles, and avocado. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, then drizzle with your burger sauce. Finally, top with crumbled bacon for added crunch and flavor.
Serve with chips, fries, or roasted veggies.
Let your ground beef cool before putting your bowls together.
