  • 1 food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 4 regular green onions
  • 1 regular jalapeño
  • cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 block cream cheese, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add your cranberries, green onions, jalapeño, and cilantro to your food processor and pulse a few times.
  • Add in your ginger, lime juice, and maple syrup and pulse until well chopped.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Eat with chips or crackers. You may also pour the salsa over a block of cream cheese.

Notes

Be sure to chill so the flavors can marry.
If you like a stronger flavor, let it chill longer.
