- 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 4 regular green onions
- 1 regular jalapeño
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 block cream cheese, optional
Add your cranberries, green onions, jalapeño, and cilantro to your food processor and pulse a few times.
Add in your ginger, lime juice, and maple syrup and pulse until well chopped.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Eat with chips or crackers. You may also pour the salsa over a block of cream cheese.
Be sure to chill so the flavors can marry.
If you like a stronger flavor, let it chill longer.
