  • 1 slow cooker,

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef, browned
  • 3 pounds peeled and sliced russet potatoes, ½ inch slices
  • 1 large white onion, sliced
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ground beef with the seasonings and stir well.
  • In the bottom of your crockpot, add half of your potatoes. Follow the potatoes with half of the onions, meat, and cheese.
  • Repeat with a second layer of potatoes, onions, meat, and cheese.
  • Pour the broth over the top and cover.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.

Notes

You can switch up the seasonings or even the meat to make this meal suit your needs.
