Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces full fat cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced green onions
  • as needed rice or pasta

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
  • Top with the ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Shred the chicken and stir to make the sauce creamy.
  • Dish the creamy chicken mixture over rice or pasta. Top with bacon and green onions.

Notes

I often like to increase the chicken amount to make this a heartier meal.
