1 medium bowl
1 electric mixer
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
Serve with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
Keep refrigerated and store in an airtight container.
- Make sure that you use minced garlic in order to allow the garlic flavor to blend into the dip evenly. I find that larger chunks of garlic can be a bit too strong when bitten into. Make sure that the papery skins of the garlic bulbs do not get into your dip.
- Garlic goes so well with so many different recipes; the possibilities for how to serve this dip are endless.
- If you do not have a garlic press you can use a small food processor or a micro plane and grate the garlic into the dip.
- Make sure that you have your cream cheese at room temperature in order to mix together evenly.
- If you don’t have a stand mixer, you can use a hand mixer, immersion blender, or even a spatula.
- You can add more or less garlic depending on your preferences.
