In a small bowl, add you sauce ingredients and whisk until combined.
Add the slaw mix, stir well and chill for 15 minutes.
Lay your shrimp on paper towels to soak up the moisture.
Sprinkle the Dan-O's taco seasoning over the shrimp. Add more if necessary, to taste.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in it.
Add your shrimp in batches, turning once they are seared on one side so you can sear the second side. Transfer to a clean plate and repeat with the rest of the shrimp.
Lay a tortilla on a plate and top with your desired toppings- guacamole, sour cream, green onion. To that, add a layer of shrimp followed by the spicy slaw.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the shrimp when you're searing or else the pan will fill with too much liquid and your shrimp won't get crispy.
