Brownies
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 16 ounces hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Chocolate Glaze
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet or milk chocolate
Brownies
Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a cookie sheet. I like to also dust flour inside the baking sheet so the brownies don't stick. Set aside.
Cream the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir in the syrup, flour, and salt.
Pour and spread into the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Chocolate Glaze
In a small saucepan, bring the sugar, butter, and milk to a boil. Stir continuously.
Once it boils, boil for 1 minute and then remove from the heat.
Stir in the chocolate chips and stir.
Pour over the cooled brownies.
If you'd like, add chopped nuts.
You may also include chocolate chips in the actual brownie batter.
