Living on One Income // Aldi & Azure
The only thing better than smelling a warm homemade biscuit is eating one. Today, I’m sharing the easiest homemade biscuit recipe that is made without baking powder. This recipe is so basic that they even qualify as no egg biscuits, too. Yet, they are so delicious! One of the first breads that I baked were biscuits. It can…
I love mixing up my hairstyles to keep things fun and fresh. Today, I’m showing you how to do a bubble braid hairstyle on your hair. It’s easy and so cute. Think of it as the “non-braid” braid! Sometimes you’re bored with your hair and it needs to be washed, but you don’t feel like…
Here we are at the beginning of another new year. As a homeschool mom, I get to cast the vision for how our days flow and the New Year is a great time to take stock. I’m not much on New Year’s resolutions, but one thing I do love to do is take time to…
I wrote this post for Sugar Bee Crafts earlier this month, but I wanted to share it here in case you missed it and needed a last minute gift idea! This project can make as much, or as little, as you desire and can be customized. I made Peppermint soap because it was festive and…

I recently discovered you, and I am really getting a lot out of your posts. I currently work full time at a job I've been at for 10 years, and 'the plan' over the next few years is for me to phase this job out, and join my husband in his business (he is self-employed) and maybe/most likely get a part time job so that I can have a little something of my own on the side. My #1 reason for keeping this job for as long as I have, is providing benefits for myself, my husband and my daughter. I've got to admit, it makes me a little panicky and a little anxious when I think about the future. Your posts are giving me insight into the way it really is, and I appreciate it!
