- 1 loaf brioche bread cut into 1" slices
- 6 eggs large
- 1½ cups milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat a pancake griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. If using a griddle, set it to 350-375 degrees F.
- In a medium glass bowl, whisk up all of the ingredients except for the brioche bread.
- One slice at a time, dunk your brioche and turn over to coat the other side. Make sure the edges are coated in the batter also.
